4. Delivery Policy
a. We currently deliver within Karachi, Pakistan, to areas within our service range.
b. Delivery charges vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout. And customers will receive a confirmation call after order placement, and once verbal consent has been given, the order will be confirmed. In special circumstances, we may call on whatsapp to confirm the order.
c. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, forced measures, or supplier issues) will be communicated to customers as soon as possible.
d. Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses etc.
5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
